"Cute designs, but kinda simple"
Some of the pieces are really nice and caught my eye, but a few of the designs felt kinda plain for the price. They’re not bad at all, they just didn’t totally wow me.

I really like the necklace, it look cute and goes with a lot of my outfits. Shipping was took longer than I expected though, so that was a little annoying. Overall it’s okay, just not perfect...

They did fix my necklace in the end, so I’m glad about that. It just took longer than I expected, and the waiting made me lose a bit of trust in the process. Overall it turned out fine, but I wasn’t totally confident along the way.

"Really happy with how the stone looks"
I ordered a necklace from Maya Brenner the stone looks even prettier in person. It has that nice clean shine to it, not cloudy or flat-looking at all.

I’ve bought jewelry online before where the photos looked way better than the actual piece, so I was a little nervous this time. But the color and cut were really close to what I was hoping for, and it feels well made too.
I’ve been wearing it often since it arrived, and it still looks great. Definitely happy with the quality

"Nice jewelry, but the return took some effort"
I did like the jewelry overall, it looked nice and felt well made. The return process was just more of a hassle than I expected. It took a bit to get a response, and I had to follow up a couple of times before things moved along. The instructions also weren’t super clear at first. It did get sorted out in the end, which I appreciated, but for the price I kind of expected the return experience to be a little smoother...

"First impression was really cute"
My first thought when it arrived was that the packaging looked really cute, and everything made it here safely. The only thing that stood out after that was the amount of tape on the box, it felt like a little too much and was kind of annoying to open.

I had an issue pop up and support got back to me quicker than I expected, which was a relief. They fixed it without making it complicated, so no complaints there. I was trying to get it handled before making dinner, and somehow ended up reading about air fryers while I waited, but luckily I didn’t have to wait long.

I got this necklace for my sister’s birthday and she was So happy with it. It came out really pretty, and the packaging was cute too, like it had a Personal touch. The only thing is I wish the shipping updates were a little better, but besides that it was a really nice Gift overall.

I got a necklace from Maya Brenner and I’ve been paying attention to how the chain holds up since I tend to notice patterns with jewelry quickly. So far, it’s been better than I expected. I wear it a few times a week, and even after getting caught on my shirt once, it didn’t stretch, snap, or do that little weakening thing some delicate chains do. It still has a pretty, fine look, which I love, but it doesn’t feel flimsy. I took off one star because the clasp could feel just a bit sturdier, but overall I’m happy with it

"I’ve been wearing this necklace pretty..."
I’ve been wearing this necklace often for a few months now, and it’s held up better than I expected. The clasp hasn’t broken and I haven’t noticed any weird fading, which is a relief. There are a few tiny scratches, but nothing super noticeable. I do kind of regret not picking something that feels a little more solid, though. It’s still nice, just not as sturdy as I was hoping, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Lovely necklace, with a minor shipping hiccup"
I ordered a small necklace and, to be fair, the craftsmanship really is lovely. The lettering is clean, the chain feels light without feeling flimsy, and it sits flat exactly the way I was hoping it would.

I’m taking off one star only because the shipping updates were a little slow and I started to worry a bit. That said, the necklace itself looks genuinely handmade in a good way, not rushed or sloppy, so I’d still feel comfortable ordering again.

I ordered my usual size and for the most part it fits fine, but it was a little snugger than I was expecting. Not in an annoying or uncomfortable way, just one of those things I noticed right away. If I were in a more relaxed, cozy mood, I’d probably want to size up for a looser feel. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the sizing had been a tiny bit clearer

I actually really like this necklace overall. It feels nice when I wear it, not cheap or flimsy, and it looks good with a simple t-shirt, a sweater, a dress, or even just layered with another little chain. The only thing is the clasp is kind of small, so it can be a bit annoying to fasten, especially if you have longer nails, are in a hurry, or are trying to put it on without a mirror. Still, the quality feels good and I’m happy with it
